Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Murlani.com. By accessing or using any part of the Murlani.com website (the "Website"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other rules or policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website.

1. Company Information and Licensing

1.1 Operator. Murlani.com is owned and operated by MURLAN LIMITATA, a company registered in Costa Rica with registration number 3102922672. Our registered address is San José – Montes de Oca, Costa Rica.

1.2 Regulatory posture. The Company is licensed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the laws and regulations of Costa Rica for offering online gaming services to international customers. Consistent with Costa Rican rules applicable to such businesses, services are not offered to persons located in Costa Rica.

1.3 Services offered. We provide online casino games only (e.g., slots and other RNG-based casino-style games) for recreational entertainment. We do not offer sports betting, poker, or peer-to-peer gaming. All games are provided by approved third-party game providers and utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

1.4 Malfunction policy. In the event a game malfunctions or a material technical error occurs, all plays and pays are void for the affected rounds. We may correct, cancel, or re-settle impacted wagers in our sole discretion.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 Binding agreement. By creating an account, checking any acceptance box, or continuing to use the Website, you enter into a binding agreement with MURLAN LIMITATA under these Terms.

2.2 Updates. We may update or amend these Terms from time to time for legal, security, operational, or product reasons. The most current version will be posted on the Website and the "Last Updated" date will be revised. Where changes are material, we may notify you (e.g., via site banner or email). Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2.3 Supplemental terms. Certain features (e.g., promotions or bonuses) may be subject to additional terms. In case of conflict, specific feature terms will prevail over these general Terms.

2.4 Legal advice. If you are unsure about any rights or obligations arising from these Terms, or about the legality of your participation in our Services in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before using the Website. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have understood and accepted these Terms.

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Legal age. You must be 18+ or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher) to use our Services. We may require proof of age at registration and at any time thereafter. Accounts used by underage persons will be terminated and funds may be forfeited.

3.2 One-account rule. You may register one account per person. Duplicate, shared, or proxy accounts (including accounts opened for others) are prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, we may close them, void any bonuses or winnings obtained, and return any remaining deposits (less applicable fees) at our discretion.

3.3 Accurate information. You agree to provide true, current, and complete information at registration and keep it updated (name, date of birth, address, email, phone, etc.). Submission of false or misleading information (including forged or altered documents) is considered fraud and may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 KYC/AML verification. We comply with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements. We may request, at any time (especially before withdrawals), documents including: government-issued photo ID, proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, source-of-funds/wealth declarations, and (if needed) a selfie or live verification. Failure to complete KYC or to satisfactorily address AML reviews may result in suspension, withholding of funds, or account closure. We may utilize reputable third-party services to conduct identity and background checks. By using the Website, you authorize us to perform such checks and consent to our sharing of your information with these third parties for verification purposes, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

3.5 Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately at support@murlani.com. We are not liable for losses due to compromised credentials, device theft, or malware on your device.

3.6 Non-transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or acquire accounts, nor allow any third party to access or use your account.

4. Restricted Jurisdictions and Location Controls

4.1 General prohibition. You may not use the Website where online gambling is illegal or where we choose not to operate. You are solely responsible for ensuring that using our services is legal in the jurisdiction where you are located.

4.2 Prohibited countries (non-exhaustive). Access to the Website is prohibited from, without limitation: Afghanistan, Albania, Algeria, Angola, Australia, Bahamas, Belgium, Botswana, Bulgaria, Colombia, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Italy, North Korea, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Turkey, Uganda, the United Kingdom, the United States of America (including all U.S. territories), Yemen, Zimbabwe, and any other jurisdiction we may add to our restricted list from time to time.

4.3 Costa Rica exclusion. Persons located in Costa Rica are not permitted to use the Website. Our services target international players only, in accordance with our licensing.

4.4 Circumvention is prohibited. Use of VPNs, proxies, Tor, GPS spoofing, or other techniques to conceal or falsify your location is forbidden. If we determine that you have accessed our services from a restricted location or attempted to bypass our location controls, we may suspend or close your account, void associated bets, confiscate bonuses/winnings, and return remaining deposits at our discretion (subject to applicable law and reasonable fees).

4.5 Sanctions compliance. You represent that you are not on any government sanctions or watchlist and are not located in a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction. Any breach of this representation may result in immediate termination of your account and reporting to the relevant authorities.

5. Payments: Deposits, Purchases, and Withdrawals

5.1 Cryptocurrency deposits. We accept deposits in supported cryptocurrencies (e.g., BTC, ETH, USDT; list subject to change). Your deposit will be credited after the required network confirmations. You are responsible for any blockchain network fees and for sending only supported coins on supported networks to the correct deposit address we provide. Deposits from mixers/tumblers, privacy wallets or layers, sanctioned addresses, or otherwise tainted sources may be blocked, reversed, or held pending review.

5.2 Fiat-to-crypto on-ramp. We may offer integrated third-party services (e.g., MoonPay) allowing you to purchase cryptocurrency with fiat currency. These providers have their own terms, fees, and KYC requirements. Any such transactions are solely between you and the third-party provider. Once cryptocurrency is delivered to your Murlani account balance, it is subject to these Terms. We are not responsible for third-party delays, fees, limits, chargebacks, or refusals.

5.3 Cards (future). We plan to support credit/debit card deposits in the future (directly or via a payment processor). Card payments will require additional KYC and anti-fraud checks and may involve conversion of fiat to crypto credited to your account. We will update our policies when this option becomes available.

5.4 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are made in supported cryptocurrencies to the wallet address you nominate. Double-check your destination wallet address; we are not responsible for losses due to incorrect or incompatible addresses provided by you. We may require completion of KYC verification before processing withdrawals, and we reserve the right to split payments or delay payouts for security or compliance reasons. You are responsible for any blockchain network fees on withdrawals.

5.5 Processing times and holds. We strive to process withdrawals promptly; however, manual reviews, AML checks, or network congestion can cause delays. We may place holds on withdrawals or deposits where activity appears irregular, where source-of-funds is unclear, or where required by law or our internal risk policies.

5.6 No banking/interest. Your account is not a bank account or stored-value facility; funds do not accrue interest. Account balances exist solely for gameplay purposes.

5.7 Chargebacks and reversals. If a payment you made is charged back, reversed, or disputed after the funds have been wagered, we may suspend your account, adjust/offset balances (including reversing any related winnings), pursue recovery of the funds, and, if necessary, take legal action. You agree not to initiate any unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.

6. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

6.1 Services provided "AS-IS." The Services are provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services. In particular, we make no warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the information and content on the Website will be accurate or reliable. Use of the Website is at your own risk. We do not warrant that the Website will be free of viruses or harmful components, or that any particular results or outcomes can be guaranteed. Links or frames to third-party websites are provided for convenience only and do not imply our endorsement; we are not responsible for content on third-party sites.

6.2 Beta features. Murlani may test new games or features in "beta" mode from time to time. If you choose to use any beta features, you understand they may be unstable, contain bugs or defects, and could be modified or discontinued at any time. We will not be liable for losses or issues related to the use of beta features. Any winnings or credits mistakenly allocated due to a beta feature malfunction (whether technical or human error) may be reversed or deducted at our sole discretion.

6.3 Fair play and prohibited conduct. You agree to use the Services for personal entertainment only and to play fairly. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

a) Collusion/cheating – any form of coordinated play or sharing of outcomes with other players to gain an unfair advantage.

b) Multiple accounts or fraud – opening more than one account per person, using false identities, impersonating others, or otherwise engaging in identity fraud.

c) Bonus abuse – exploiting promotions or bonuses in bad faith (e.g., arbitrage betting, risk-free bets, chip dumping between accounts, or other activities designed to guarantee profit).

d) Exploiting bugs – using software bugs, glitches, loopholes, or unintended game features to gain an advantage or disrupt gameplay beyond normal game design.

e) Use of bots or automation – employing bots, scripts, crawlers, AI, or any automated methods to interact with the Website or games.

f) Hacking or security interference – attempting to hack, DDoS, introduce malware, or otherwise compromise the security, integrity, or availability of the Website or Services.

g) Geolocation circumvention – attempting to circumvent our geographic restrictions or AML controls (for example, using VPNs, proxies, Tor, GPS spoofing as outlined in 4.4).

h) Unlawful activity – using the Website in furtherance of any unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion.

i) Harassment or abuse – engaging in any form of harassment, hate speech, abusive or offensive language, threats, or other hostile behavior toward other users or our staff (for example, in chat or support communications).

j) Spamming and unauthorized promotions – transmitting unsolicited messages, advertisements, or any form of spam, or attempting to promote other services or products without our express permission.

6.4 Consequences. If we suspect that you have engaged in any prohibited conduct, we may take action at our sole discretion. Such actions include suspending or closing your account, voiding bets, confiscating any ill-gotten gains or bonus funds, revoking rewards, banning you from re-registration, and reporting the incident to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate. Our decisions (based on server logs and game provider records) are final in such matters.

7. Game Integrity and Error Handling

7.1 RNG and provider integrity. All casino game outcomes on our Website are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or other industry-standard methods provided by the game suppliers. We do not manipulate or alter game outcomes.

7.2 Malfunctions. As is standard in the industry, "malfunction voids all plays and pays." If a game round, feature, or paytable malfunctions due to a technical error or connectivity issue, any affected bets are void and may be canceled or corrected. This includes, for example, cases where the gaming software does not perform as intended or displays incorrect results.

7.3 Communication issues. In the event of a disconnection, browser crash, or other communication issue during a casino game, the state of the game as recorded on our servers (or the game provider's servers) will be considered the authoritative record. If your device display shows a different outcome than the server record, the server record will prevail for determining the result of the wager.

7.4 Error reporting. If you believe a game round did not function correctly or an error affected your bet, you should contact us promptly at support@murlani.com. We will investigate the game logs in coordination with the game provider and inform you of the outcome. Any decision made by us in conjunction with the provider is final.

8. Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, and Security

8.1 Monitoring and audits. We monitor deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay patterns for compliance with AML regulations and to detect fraud. Large, frequent, or unusual transactions may prompt additional review or requests for information/documentation.

8.2 Source of funds. We may request proof of your source of funds or source of wealth, as well as proof of ownership for any cryptocurrency wallets or payment accounts you use. This is especially likely in cases of high-value transactions or patterns that indicate heightened risk. You agree to cooperate with any such requests and provide truthful information.

8.3 Sanctions screening. We do not provide services to persons or entities that are on relevant government sanctions lists or who are located in comprehensively sanctioned territories. We regularly screen users against such lists. If you are identified as a sanctioned or high-risk individual or entity, your account will be terminated.

8.4 Freezing and reporting. We reserve the right to freeze (suspend) any account and hold funds pending investigation if we suspect any violation of these Terms, particularly related to fraud, money laundering, or sanctions issues. Where required by law, we may also report suspicious activities or transactions to the appropriate authorities or agencies. Your account may remain suspended until cleared by our investigation, and if illegal activity is confirmed, funds may be seized or handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1 Data usage. We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes information you provide (such as during registration or KYC) and data generated through your use of the Website (such as gameplay and transactions). We use this data to provide and improve services, perform KYC/AML checks, secure the platform, communicate with you, and comply with our legal obligations.

9.2 Data sharing. We may share your personal data with vetted third-party service providers and partners as necessary for operations – for example, KYC/AML verification services, payment processors, game providers (for fraud analysis or jackpot win verification), and data storage or security service providers. Any such sharing is done under contractual obligations to protect your data, and under the principle of using the minimum data necessary. We may also disclose personal data to regulators or authorities if required by law.

9.3 Security. We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your personal data and the integrity of our systems. However, no system can be 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices and accounts (for example, by using strong passwords and keeping your antivirus software updated). We will not be liable for unauthorized access or loss of personal data that occurs due to your failure to secure your account or devices.

9.4 User rights. Subject to applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal data, such as the right to access or correct data we hold about you, or to request deletion or restriction of your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how to exercise these rights and for information on data retention, international transfers, and other privacy practices.

10. Intellectual Property and Site Use

10.1 Ownership. The Website (including all software, code, design elements, text, graphics, logos, images, and other content) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. "Murlani" and associated logos are trademarks of MURLAN LIMITATA. No rights in these materials are transferred to you by your use of the Services.

10.2 Limited license. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website and its content solely for your own lawful, personal, and non-commercial gameplay in accordance with these Terms. Any rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by us and our licensors.

10.3 Restrictions. You must not copy, redistribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Website, its software, or any content on it, except as expressly permitted by us or by applicable law. You also must not remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Website. Any unauthorized use of the Website or its materials is strictly prohibited.

10.4 User content. If interactive features like chat or forums are available, you are solely responsible for any content you post or transmit via the Website. You must not post any content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, harassing, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right (but do not assume the obligation) to monitor, moderate, delete, or disable user-submitted content at our discretion. By posting content on our Website, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for the purpose of displaying it on the Website and promoting the Services.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

11.1 Services "AS IS." We provide the Services "as is" and "as available" without any warranty or representation of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties or conditions of any kind, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability.

11.2 Your equipment. You acknowledge that the quality and speed of your internet connection, your device hardware/software, and other technical factors outside our control can affect the performance of the Services. We are not responsible for any losses or failures in the Services due to issues with your equipment, internet connection, or third-party services (such as an internet provider or wallet service).

11.3 No guarantee of results. Gambling entails risk. We do not guarantee that you will win any games or achieve any particular outcome. You accept that you may lose some or all of your wagers. We are not responsible for your gambling results.

11.4 Indirect damages. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Murlani (including its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages whatsoever arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services or these Terms. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, etc.) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.5 Cap on liability. To the extent not prohibited by law, our maximum aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount of cryptocurrency (or equivalent in other currency) you have deposited in your account in the six (6) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) the amount of the wager or transaction that is in dispute. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

11.6 Third-party content. The Website may contain links to external websites or content provided by third parties (including game providers). These links and third-party content are provided for your convenience and information only. We do not control and are not responsible for any third-party websites or content, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by us. If you access third-party sites or content, you do so at your own risk, and you should read and understand the terms and conditions that apply to those sites.

11.7 Force majeure. We will not be liable for any delay or failure in performance of our obligations under these Terms if such delay or failure is caused by events outside our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, labor strikes, electrical or network outages, cyber-attacks on our infrastructure or on the blockchain networks, interruptions by our game providers, or any other events that constitute force majeure. In such cases, our obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event beyond our control.

11.8 Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Murlani and its parent, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees (collectively, "Indemnified Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms or any documents incorporated by reference; (b) your violation of any law or regulation or the rights of any third party; or (c) your use of the Website or Services in violation of these Terms or any applicable law. This indemnity obligation will survive any termination of your account or these Terms.

11.9 Taxes. You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying any taxes or governmental fees applicable to your gambling activities or any winnings you receive from us. We do not provide any tax advice, and we are not responsible for withholding or paying any taxes on your behalf. If you are unsure about your tax obligations, you should consult with a tax professional in your jurisdiction.

12. Responsible Gambling

12.1 Entertainment only. Gambling on Murlani is intended for entertainment purposes only. It is not a financial investment or a way to generate consistent income. You acknowledge that there is a risk of losing money and you agree to gamble responsibly, only with funds you can afford to lose.

12.2 Player tools. Where available, we provide responsible gambling tools to help you manage your play, such as the ability to set deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, or time/session limits. You may request these limits by contacting support@murlani.com or via any provided account settings. We will use our best efforts to enforce your limits, but you are ultimately responsible for your own gambling behavior.

12.3 Self-exclusion. If you feel that you may have a gambling problem, you can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Website. Upon self-exclusion, we will lock your account for the requested duration (or permanently, if chosen), and you will not be permitted to log in or open new accounts during this time. You agree not to attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion (e.g., by creating a new account). Any new account created during a self-exclusion period will be closed as soon as detected.

12.4 Support resources. We encourage users to gamble responsibly. If gambling is causing you financial, emotional, or other problems, we urge you to seek help. We can provide contact information for professional gambling support organizations (such as helplines or counseling services) upon request. 12.5 Minors. Our services are strictly for adults of legal gambling age. We take steps to prevent underage access, including age verification checks. We also encourage parents and guardians to use parental control tools on devices to prevent underage individuals from accessing gambling sites. If we discover an account is being used by a minor, it will be terminated immediately and any funds may be forfeited.

13. Promotions, Bonuses, and Rewards

13.1 Optional nature. Participation in any promotions, bonuses, loyalty programs, or rewards we offer is completely voluntary. Such offers will each be governed by their own specific terms (e.g., wagering requirements, expiration dates, game eligibility, maximum win or payout limits). By claiming a bonus or participating in a promotion, you agree to the applicable bonus terms in addition to these general Terms.

13.2 Fair use and abuse prevention. Bonuses and promotions are intended for genuine recreational play. Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonus offers is prohibited. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to: engaging in risk-free or low-risk betting patterns to meet wagering requirements (e.g., betting both sides of an outcome), colluding with others to claim multiple bonuses, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other activities designed to unfairly benefit from promotions. If we detect bonus abuse or suspect you of not complying with bonus terms, we may revoke the bonus and any associated winnings, impose stricter wagering conditions, exclude you from future promotions, or close your account.

13.3 Changes and termination of offers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion, bonus, or reward program at any time for any reason (for example, to correct errors or prevent abuse). If we make a material change to a promotion that affects you, we will, if feasible, provide notice. However, in the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific terms of a promotion or bonus, the specific terms of the promotion/bonus will take precedence.

14. Termination, Suspension, and Dormancy

14.1 Our rights to terminate or suspend. We may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your account (with or without prior notice) under various circumstances, including but not limited to: breach or suspected breach of these Terms, suspicion of unlawful activity or fraud, failure to pass KYC/AML checks, use of the account from restricted jurisdictions, extended inactivity, or security concerns. In addition, we reserve the right to void or cancel any bets that violate these Terms or that were placed under suspicious or irregular circumstances. If your account is terminated or suspended due to a breach of these Terms or illegal activity, any remaining balance and/or pending withdrawals may be withheld, forfeited, or refunded in accordance with these Terms and applicable law (for example, we may return your original deposits while voiding any winnings in cases of fraud or cheating).

14.2 Your right to close your account. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@murlani.com. We will endeavor to process account closure requests promptly. Upon closure, any remaining legitimate balance (subject to any bonus restrictions or necessary KYC verification) will be paid out to you via a method at our discretion (for example, to the crypto wallet on file), provided that you have complied with these Terms. Any active bonuses or pending wagers at the time of closure will be void and forfeited.

14.3 Dormant accounts. If your account shows no login or wagering activity for an extended period (12 months or as defined by applicable law), it may be deemed dormant. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you via your registered email before classifying an account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a reasonable monthly inactivity fee, as permitted by law, which will be deducted from the remaining balance. If the balance reaches zero, the account may be closed. If your account remains dormant for an extended period as defined by law, we may also be required to escheat the remaining funds to a governmental authority or take other actions in accordance with relevant regulations.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing law. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them (including the validity, breach, or termination thereof) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 Jurisdiction. You agree that the courts of Costa Rica shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to initiate legal proceedings against you in the courts of your country of residence or any other relevant jurisdiction, if necessary to enforce our rights or any judgment, or to seek interim or injunctive relief.

15.3 Internal dispute resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the Services, you should first contact our customer support at support@murlani.com. We will investigate your concern in light of our server records and game logs (and where appropriate, provider logs) and will respond to you within a reasonable timeframe. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and efficiently. You agree to cooperate with our investigation and to provide any information reasonably requested.

15.4 Limitation on claims. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim or cause of action you might have arising from or relating to the Services or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose. If you do not file a claim or action within that time, it will be permanently barred. This provision does not apply to claims relating to personal injury or any liability that cannot by law be limited or excluded.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Entire agreement. These Terms (along with any documents incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules) constitute the entire agreement between you and Murlani regarding the Services. They supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements between you and us, whether oral or written.
